About Me
Hi, I’m Emily! I am a wife and mother to 3 beautiful children and 2 dogs. I was born and raised in Orange County, California and take great joy in serving the community.
In addition to raising my family, I enjoy cooking, going to Disneyland, and continuing my education on how to best care for birth-givers.
My 3 births were the proudest days of my life. I feel so grateful to have such a strong support system. And I am passionate about providing that to other mothers on the proudest day of their lives!
My Passion
There are many reasons why I am passionate about being a birth doula. First and foremost, I love being a part of such an amazing and life-changing event. There is nothing quite like witnessing the miracle of life firsthand. Additionally, I feel that it is my calling to help women through one of the most challenging and transformational experiences of their lives. As a birth doula, I am able to provide support, guidance, and information to mothers-to-be so that they can make informed choices and have the best possible birth experience. Finally, I believe that every woman deserves to have someone in her corner during childbirth – someone who believes in her and knows that she is capable of this incredible feat. For all of these reasons and more, I am proud to be a birth doula.
My Goals
As a birth doula, my goal is to provide support and guidance to families during the childbirth process. I aim to create a safe and comfortable environment for mothers and babies, and to help families make informed decisions about their care. My ultimate goal is to help families have the best possible experience during one of the most important times in their lives. To accomplish this, I work closely with mothers and their families throughout pregnancy, labour and delivery, providing physical, emotional and informational support. I am also available for postpartum support in the weeks following childbirth. I believe that every family deserves individualized care, and I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and service possible.
